Steven 'Tater' W. Urban

Steven W. ‘Tater’ Urban, age 49, of Bridgeport, Illinois passed away on Sunday, July 04, 2021 at the Lawrence County Memorial Hospital in Lawrenceville, Illinois. He was born on November 04, 1971 in Robinson, Illinois, the son of Pamela (Wimberly) Brewer. He married Peggy Young on July 24, 2016, and she survives.

Steven worked for Handyman Construction for 20 years and Toyota Boshoku Illinois for five years. His hobbies included playing pool, collecting Coco-Cola memorabilia, as well as working on vehicles and engines.

Preceding him in death were several family members: Kimberly Seitzinger, Rolla Dale Frye, Ralph and Mildred Wimberly, Ralph ‘Buck’ Wimberly, Jack and Linda Patton, Jackson and Della Eagleson, Claudia and Jerry Totten, and Terry Totten.

Survivors include his wife, Peggy; parents, Pam and Michael Brewer, Sr.; five children, Cheyenne Urban of Lawrenceville, Illinois, Aubry Musgrave of Sumner, Illinois, Logan Musgrave of Bridgeport, Illinois, Danielle Stuller of Robinson, Illinois, and Ryan Lange of Lawrenceville, Illinois; five brothers, James Wimberly of Vincennes, Indiana, Larry Seitzinger, Jr. and wife, Alea of Lawrenceville, Illinois, Billie Seitzinger and wife, Lonny of Lawrenceville, Illinois, Frankie Frye and wife, Cassie of Lawrenceville, Illinois, and Michael Brewer, Jr. and wife, Desirae of Lawrenceville, Illinois; one sister, Rachael Frye of Lawrenceville, Illinois; four grandchildren; as well as aunts and uncles, Rhonda Smith and husband, Jeff, Mick Brewer and husband, Donnie, Vonda Wimberly, Roger Wimberly and wife, Amy, and Wayne Crouch; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and other family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, July 09, 2021 at 12:00 PM CDT at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Illinois. Visitation will be on Friday from 10:30 AM until 12:00 PM CDT at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Lawrenceville City Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the funeral home.
