Naomi June Harvey

Naomi June Harvey, age 82, of Sumner, Illinois passed away on Monday, March 08, 2021 at her residence. She was born on February 22, 1939 in Sumner, Illinois, the daughter of Forrest E. and Martha (Eagleson) Griffin.

Naomi worked in healthcare and at factories. She was a member of the Sumner Free Methodist Church.

Preceding her in death were two brothers at infancy.

Survivors include four sons, Forrest ‘David’ Harvey of Sumner, Illinois, Richard ‘Rick’ Harvey and wife, Chris of Sumner, Illinois, Stephen Harvey of Flat Rock, Illinois, and Jack Harvey and wife, Linda of Terre Haute, Indiana; two daughters, Sandra Miller of Fairchance, Pennsylvania and Tina Eagleson and husband, Lonnie of Mt. Vernon, Illinois; 25 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, March 12, 2021 at 2:00 PM CST at the Sivert-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Sumner, Illinois. Visitation will be on Friday from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM CST at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Sumner Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Sumner Free Methodist Church.
