Janet Aliene Heath

Janet Aliene Heath, age 53, of Campbellsburg, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at the St. Vincent's Hospital in Salem, Indiana. She was born on November 26, 1967 in Lawrenceville, Illinois, the daughter of the late Leon and Barbara (Dickerson) Heath.

Janet was retired from the Walmart Distribution Center in Seymour, Indiana. She loved spending time with family and friends. Janet always had a smile on her face, even though she struggled with her health issues for many years. She was very strong willed and was a fighter. 

Survivors include her daughter, Lauren Bridge of Scottsburg, Indiana; five sisters, Karen Caudell of Roanoke, Indiana, Susan (Gary) Stevenson of Youngstown, Florida, Nancy (Linden) Minniear of Jupiter, Florida, Becky (Wayne) Benson and Marie (Bill) Blomgren of Lawrenceville, Illinois; several nieces and nephews; and her companion, Bob DeWitt of Campbellsburg, Indiana.

Cremation services were entrusted to the Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana. A memorial service was conducted on Monday, December 28, 2020 at the First Christian Church Shelter House. Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Illinois assisted with the local arrangements. Memorial donations may be given in memory of Janet to your local Humane Society.
