Wayne Scott Phillippe

Wayne Scott Phillippe, age 61, of Illinois passed away on Monday, March 01, 2021 at Southgate Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Metropolis, Illinois. He was born on July 20, 1959 in Lawrenceville, Illinois, the son of Jerry Phillippe and Rosalie (Byrley) Waggoner.

Wayne served his country in the United States Marines and worked at Victor Dana. His hobbies included being outdoors, hunting, and fishing.

Preceding him in death was his father and one sister, Cheryl Phillippe.

He is survived by his mother.

The body will be cremated and no formal services will be conducted. Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Illinois is in charge of the arrangements.
