Viola E. Harrington

Viola E. Harrington, age 78, of Lawrenceville, Illinois passed away on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at the Lawrence County Memorial Hospital in Lawrenceville, Illinois. She was born on October 24, 1943 in Wood River, Illinois, the daughter of Clinton and Audrey (Jewell) Moore. She married Donald F. Harrington on January 3, 1959, and he preceded her in death on December 14, 1992.

Preceding her in death were her parents; ten brothers and sisters; and one great-grandchild.

Survivors include six children, Donna Rogers and significant other, Dan Ludwig of Seymour, Indiana, David Harrington of Washington, Indiana, Beverly Harrington of Russellville, Illinois, Debbie Armstrong of Palestine, Illinois, Angie Bowman and husband, Brent of Washington, Indiana, and Mary Rogers and significant other, Gordy Russell of Decker, Indiana.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, April 25, 2022 at 1:00 PM CDT at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Illinois. Visitation will be on Monday from 11:00 am until the service hour of 1:00 PM CDT at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Price Cemetery.
