Sue Willie Sumner Kerr

Sue Willie Sumner Kerr, 95, of Jamesville, New York, passed away Friday, April 29, 2011 at Crouse Hospital in Syracuse, New York. She was the daughter of Willie and Lena Pearl (Harper) Sumner. She has one surviving daughter, Marilyn Sue Kerr, of Syracuse, New York. Sue was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Marion Kerr; her parents, a brother and two sisters. Sue worked as a Trust Officer for various banking institutions. She was a member of the DeWitt Community Church in Jamesville; and was a lifelong member of the Methodist denomination. There will be a graveside service at 2pm on Tuesday, May 10, 2011, at the Sumner City Cemetery, in Sumner, IL. Friends may call from 1-2pm at the Sivert-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Sumner prior to the service. Memorial contributions, in lieu of flowers, can be made to the Sumner Senior Citizens Center in memory of Sue.
