Sherri Renee Martin

Sherri Renee Martin, 52, of Sheridan, Indiana, formally of Lawrenceville, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville, Indiana. She was born December 10, 1963 in Lawrenceville, Illinois, the daughter of Loel Martin and Carol Sue Deckard. Sherri worked at Central Industries, the United Methodist Village, and Molly Maid, Inc in Sheridan, Indiana. Preceding her in death was her mother, Carol Sue (Deckard) Spivey. Survivors include her father, Loel Martin and step-mother, Shirley of Lawrenceville, Illinois; sons, Brandon Scott Cozart of Owensboro, Kentucky and Alex Glen Carrell of Sheridan, Indiana; daughter, Heather Renee Barker of Sheridan, Indiana; brother, Brian Martin of Sheridan, Indiana; and sisters, Margie Anson and husband, Doug, of Fritchton, Indiana, Sherry Wells of Vincennes, Indiana, and Kimberly Thompson and husband, Drew, of Monroe City, Indiana. Funeral services will be Friday, December 9, 2016 at 1:00 PM CST at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Illinois. Visitation will be Friday from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM CST at the funeral home. Burial will be in the May Chapel Cemetery.
