Sandra Kay Harvey

Sandra K. Harvey, age 73, of Lawrenceville, Illinois passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2021 at the Lawrence County Memorial Hospital in Lawrenceville, Illinois. She was born on June 06, 1947 in Lawrenceville, Illinois, the daughter of Woodrow and Margaret (Nead) Harvey.

Sandra worked as the secretary at the United Methodist Village for 30 plus years. Her memberships included the Lawrenceville Free Methodist Church and the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed going to lunch with her friends, going on bus trips, and spending time with her cats.

Preceding her in death were her parents; one brother, Franklin Harvey; and one sister, Patty Stanker.

Survivors include two nieces, Charity Smallwood and husband, Kevin and Tandy Hughes and husband, Barney all of Lawrenceville, Illinois and one nephew, Charles Stanker, Jr. and wife, Nicole of Petersburg, Indiana.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, February 22, 2021 at 1:00 PM at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Illinois, and may be viewed with the following link: https://www.facebook.com/emmonsmaceysteffey . Visitation will be on Monday from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Lawrenceville City Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the United Methodist Village or the Lawrence County Memorial Hospital.
