Beloved husband and father, Russell Reinhart, 67, of Hot Springs Village, Ark, died March 18, 2009.  Born March 24, 1941 in Sumner, Ill, to the late Henry and Hazel Reinhart, Russell served honorably as a United States Air Force medic. He worked as an electrician for many years and was a proud member of the IBEW Local Union 146.  A lover of music and long political discussions, Russell was known to light up any room with his gregarious personality and friendly smile. Russell attended Coronado Baptist Church in Hot Springs Village. Russell is survived by his loving wife Gwen; son; Russell Reinhart Jr. and daughter-in-law Leslie of Davenport, Iowa. Daughter; Catherine Adkisson and son-in-law Brett of Tuscola, Ill., daughter; Christine Morgan of Tuscola, Ill., son; Marshal Reinhart and daughter-in-law Becky of Cooksmill, Ill. and three step-children Daniel Nickel of Carbondale, Ill., Heather Marcum of Durham, N.C,.  and Anne Fairfield of Grand Island, Neb.  Sister Ruth Hansen and brother-in-law Louis of Bloomington, Ill.  Five Grandchildren; Chaley and Jack Reinhart; Matthew Morgan; Keli and Tyler Adkisson. Visitation will be at Sivert-Macey Funeral Home Tuesday at 11:00 a.m.. Funeral Service at 1 p.m. Burial will immediately follow at Sumner Cemetery, in Sumner, Ill., Tuesday March 24, 2009.
