Roxana Lynn Waggoner Meinschein

Roxana Lynn Waggoner Meinschein, age 70, formerly of Lawrenceville, Illinois passed away on November 26, 2025, in Spring Hill, Tennessee. She was born on June 3, 1955 in Lawrenceville, Illinois, the daughter of Don B. Waggoner and Linda Main Waggoner. She married Jim Schultz and he preceded her in death.

Roxana worked in the nursing field for over 40 years. She was an active member of the Daughters of American Revolution (DAR) and volunteered many hours with the Lawrence County Historical Society.

Preceding her in death were her parents; one son, Reid Bryant Meinschein; one brother, Jeffrey Waggoner.

Survivors include her son, Warren (Melissa) Meinschein of Spring Hill, Tennessee, and one grandchild, Reid Meinschein.

Graveside services will be conducted at Lawrenceville City Cemetery on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
