Rosemary Lamb

Rosemary Lamb, 71, of Marion, IN passed away Thursday, August 20, 2009 at her daughterâs residence.  She was born June 10, 1938 in Lawrence County, IL the daughter of Ernest and Rhoda (Roland) Montgomery.  She married Gary Lamb, December 25, 1955, and he passed away November 9, 1998.Rosemary was a homemaker and a member of the VFW Auxiliary.She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, six brothers and four sisters.Survivors include one son, Danny Lamb, of Vincennes, IN; three daughters Robin Miller of Robinson, IL; Kim Olds of Marion, IN and Tina Neeley of Valdosta, GA; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.The funeral service was held Sunday, August 23, 2009 at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, IL with burial in the Jones Cemetery in Flat Rock, IL.Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
