Rodney Grant Rodrick

Rodney Grant Rodrick, age 51, of Paris, Illinois, passed away Sunday, February 22, 2026, in Paris, Illinois. He was born May 28, 1974, in Paris, Illinois, the son of Floyd Rodrick and Brenda Yelch Rodrick.

Rodney had a love for basketball and generously shared his passion by coaching both high school and grade school students in the Paris School District. He enjoyed cooking and was always ready to sit down and enjoy a good meal. Rodney had a playful spirit and was known for pulling pranks on family and friends. He especially loved the holidays and found great joy in giving and receiving gifts. Above all, he treasured the time he spent with his son, Ryder, his pride and joy.

Survivors include his parents, Floyd and Brenda Rodrick, sister, Robin (Brady) Havill, and son, Ryder Grant Rodrick.

Private graveside services are being conducted.
