Robert E. Stevenson

Robert E. "Bob" Stevenson, 62, of Lawrenceville, IL passed away Friday morning at his residence.He was born February 24, 1947 in Vincennes, IN the son of the late Lindsay and Delores (Davis) Stevenson of Lawrenceville, IL. He was married to Pam Polsen on August 9, 1980. She survives.Also surviving are 3 sons: Thomas Stevenson of Blanchester, OH, Jason Stevenson of Anacortes, WA, Michael Stevenson of Chula Vista, CA, a daughter: Megan Denniston of Woodland, WA, a brother: Terry Stevenson of West Salem, IL, a sister: Linda Fellows of Bicknell, IN, and 3 grandchildren.He was retired from Yellow Freight. He was a lifetime member of the VFW, a member of the American Legion, Elks, and the Moose. He served in the US Navy serving 2 Tours of Duty in Vietnam.A Memorial Service will be conducted at a later date.
