Richard Jerry Sutfin, 85, of Lawrenceville, IL passed away Saturday March 10, 2012 at his residence.
He was born April 14, 1926 in Lawrenceville the son of Richard O. and Mildred (Andrews) Sutfin. On January 13, 1951 he married Donna Jeffords. She survives.
Also surviving are five nieces, and a sister-in-law: Margaret Sutfin of Clarksville, TN. Three brothers and a step-mother: Cecile Sutfin are deceased.
He worked in Development and Marketing at the Texaco Refinery until retirement. He was a member of the Methodist Church. He was also a member of the Elks. He enjoyed reading and walking.
No formal services are scheduled.
Memorial donations may be given to the Lawrence Township Library.
