Reid Bryant Meinschein, 25, of St. Petersburg, FL passed away September 30, 2009 after a nine-week hospital stay as a result of respiratory complications associated the H1N1 flu virus. Reid is the son of Roxana (Waggoner) Schultz and husband Jim Schultz of Woodstock, GA and Warren G. Meinschein II and wife Carol of Cincinnati, OH.Reid was studying for a Business Degree and was an avid saltwater fisherman in Florida.Reid is survived by his parents; one brother, Warren G. Meinschein III of St. Petersburg, FLÂ and maternal grandparents Don B. and Linda L. Waggoner of Lawrenceville, IL.Preceding him in death was an uncle Jeff Waggoner of Lawrenceville and paternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Warren G. Meinschein of Texas.Memorial donations in Reid's honor may be made to the First United Methodist Church Youth Group, 1015-12th Street, Lawrenceville, IL 62439.Graveside services will be conducted Saturday October 10, 2009 at 11:00am at the Lawrenceville City Cemetery. There is no visitation.
