Biography Rebecca "Becky" (Larrison) Vanschoyck, age 48, of rural Lawrenceville, Illinois, passed away Monday, March 16, 2015, at her residence. She was born May 19, 1966, in Lawrenceville, the daughter of Lowell Larrison and Alice (Moore) Plunkett. She married Rick Vanschoyck on August 10, 2008, and he survives. Becky worked as a secretary at Vincennes University for 10+ years. She also was a lunch aide at Parkside Elementary School. She was affiliated with New Hope Christian Church and Island Free Methodist Church. Becky loved music and enjoyed going to concerts. She also had a love for animals. Becky enjoyed shopping and going to the ocean, but most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family. Preceding Becky in death were her father, Lowell; a brother, Gregory Larrison; a sister, Patricia Larrison, and one daughter Alisha Kay Pinkstaff. Survivors include her husband, Rick, of rural Lawrenceville; her mother, Alice Plunkett of Yale, Illinois; one daughter Allison Rose Vanschoyck of rural Lawrenceville; two brothers Jeffery (Lisa) Larrison of Newton, Illinois and Robert (Katie) Larrison of Battle Creek, Michigan. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Thursday at Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Lawrenceville City Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Lawrence County Cancer Resource Center with envelopes available through the funeral home.
