Penny S. Carter, 25, of Lawrenceville passed away Sunday morning December 17, 2006 at her residence. Born November 14, 1981 in Lawrenceville she was the daughter of Jeffery and the late Marjorie (Littlejon) McKendree.Along with her father, she is survived by a brother Harold Carter of Lawrenceville, IL, aunt's, uncles, cousins, and a special friend Brian.Visitation will be Wednesday from 10am to 12pm. The funeral will be conducted Wednesday at 12:00PM. Burial will be at the Oak Lawn Cemetery in St. Francisville.
