Patty L. Neeley

Patty L. Neeley, 79, of Lawrenceville, IL passed away Saturday February 4, 2012 at the United Methodist Village in Lawrenceville. Patty was born February 17, 1932 on Allison Prarie in Lawrence Co., IL the daughter of John A. and Ruby (Lockhart) Seitzinger. On April 9, 1950, she married Roy L. Neeley. He survives. She worked as Activity Director at the United Methodist Village. She was instrumental in getting Activities State approved. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Lawrenceville. Along with her husband, she is survived by a son: Steve and Valerie Neeley of Robinson, IL, two daughters: Cindy and Kelly Budge of St. Maries, ID, Connie and Randy Harris of Cleveland, TN, a brother: Jack and Ailene Seitzinger of Lawrenceville, IL, a sister: Marilyn and Don Coker of Portage, IN, six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Along with her parents, a brother: Maurice Seitzinger preceded her in death. The funeral will be Thursday at 10:30am at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Lawrenceville City Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday from 5:00 until 7:00pm. Memorial donation may be given to the Activities Department at the United Methodist Village.
