Noel E. Hasler, age 92, of Bridgeport, Illinois, passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at his residence. He was born August 14, 1933, in Richland County, Illinois, the son of O. Harlie Hasler and Vera L. Heckler Hasler. He married Bonnie Puntney on June 1, 1956, and she passed January 27, 2019.
Noel worked for many years as a backhoe operator at Marathon, and following his retirement, he continued doing the same with Moore Brothers. He attended New Hope Christian Church in Bridgeport. Noel proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War.

He treasured time spent with his family and rarely missed an event involving his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He coached Little League Football, worked the chains at Bridgeport/Red Hill football games, and served his community as a volunteer fireman with the Bridgeport Fire Department.
