Nancy Jean Seed

Nancy Jean Seed, 77, of Columbus, Indiana (formerly of Knox and Lawrence Counties) passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana in Columbus. She was born April 21, 1945 in Owensboro, Kentucky. She married Steven Graham, and he preceded her in death in 1990. She married Terrell Mack Seed on April 22, 1995, and he survives.

Nancy was a registered nurse, and retired from Good Samaritan Hospital, after working in surgery and endoscopy for 35 years. She was a member of the St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Columbus, Indiana. She volunteered at St. Vincent de Paul Society in Vincennes.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Steven; and one great-grandson.

Survivors include her husband, Mack; two children, David E. Graham and wife Tracey of Bedford, Indiana and Andrew L. Graham of Linden, Germany; three step-children, Tracy Ralph of Lafayette, Indiana; Trent Seed and wife, Kristin of Carmel, Indiana, and Trevor Seed and wife, Tammy of Lawrenceville, Illinois; one sister, Carol L. Berry of Louisville, Kentucky; 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be conducted on Thursday, October 27, 2022 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM CDT at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Illinois. Private graveside services will be conducted. Memorial donations may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Store in Vincennes.
