Mildred Huddleston

Mildred Huddleston, age 83, of Glen Carbon, IL (formerly of Lawrenceville) passed away Monday, October 24, 2011 in Glen Carbon, IL. She was born December 29, 1927 in Lawrence County, IL the daughter of Henry and Susan (Heath) Funke. She married Charles "CP" Huddleston December 24, 1949 and he preceded her in death October 23, 2008. Mildred was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church. She was a homemaker. Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Charles, two brothers and one sister. Survivors include two daughters Kathleen (Jesse) Keyser of Edwardsville, IL and Susan (Matthew) Berg of LaGrange, IL; one brother Roy Funke of Las Vegas, NV; four grandchildren Jesse Keyser, Charles Keyser, Kimberly Jandrian, and Nick Berg, and two great-grandchildren R.J. Jandrian and Katja Keyser. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday at Emmons, Macey and Steffey Funeral Home, 1303-12th Street, Lawrenceville, IL. Burial will be in Lawrenceville City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Friday at the funeral home.
