Michael R. Fiscus, age 63, of Claremont, Illinois passed away Friday, May 23, 2025, at Deaconess Midtown in Evansville, Indiana. He was born October 1, 1961 in Lawrenceville, Illinois, the son of Charles R. Fiscus and Sharon Arnold Bowman. He married Beth Rivers Fiscus on December 31, 2004, and she preceded him in death on August 15, 2015.
Michael was an oilfield worker for Rex Energy. He worked for Champion Laboratories of Albion, Illinois. Michael enjoyed playing pool.
Preceding Michael in death were his parents.
Survivors include: one son, Michael (Kaci) Fiscus of Lawrenceville; siblings, Richard (Marla) Fiscus of Bridgeport, Cyndy Bowman of Boynton Beach, Florida, John (Angela) Bowman of Chattanooga, Tennessee, James (Angie) Fiscus of Clinton, Utah; grandchildren, Devyn Fiscus and Dylan Fiscus; companion, Carla Plummer of Claremont, Illinois.
Funeral services will be Friday, May 30, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sivert-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home
in Sumner. Visitation will be 10:00 till the service hour of 11:00 a.m. Cremation will follow the service.
