Michael A. Bridges

Michael A. Bridges, age 36, of Bridgeport, Illinois passed away on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. He was born on November 26, 1984 in Tampa, Florida, the son of William Bridges and Billie J. (Harter) Blankenship.

Michael worked for Weston’s Lawn Services and Leggitt Lumber and Hardware. He enjoyed playing video games.

Survivors include his significant other, Robbie Choukeir; three children, Hailey Sumner, Leland Bridges, and Grayson Bridges all of Bridgeport, Illinois; father, William Bridges of Bridgeport, Illinois; mother, Billie Blankenship of Andrews, North Carolina; two brothers, Chris Bridges of Robinson, Illinois and Donald Harter of Houston, Texas; paternal grandmother, Shirley Rogers of Bridgeport, Illinois; one niece; and four nephews.

There will be no services conducted. Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Illinois is in charge of the arrangements.
