Mary Byrley Mcgurie

Mary Byrley McGuire, 97, of Lawrenceville, IL passed away Monday morning at the United Methodist Village North Campus.She was born January 20, 1912 in Martinsville, IL the daughter of Isaac and Ida Alice (Taggart) Wells. She was first married to Robert Arthur Byrley. He preceded her in death. She then married Paul C. McGuire. He also preceded her in death.She is survived by a son: John Byrley of Seymore, IN, a daughter: Rosalie Waggoner of Lawrenceville, IL, 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Along with her parents, and husbands, she is preceded in death by 2 sons, a grandchild, a brother and a sister.The funeral will be Wednesday at 11:00am at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Lawrenceville City Cemetery. Visitation is also Wednesday from 10:00am to the service hour of 11:00am.Memorial donations may be given to the Lawrenceville Senior Citizens.
