Marjorie I. Sharum

Marjorie Irene Sharum, age 64, of La Porte, IN (formerly of St. Francisville), passed away Friday, September 6, 2013, in La Port, IN. She was born June 28, 1949, in Princeton, IN, the daughter of Gerald Alva and Lucy (Jones) Sharum. Marjorie was a member of St. Francis Xavier Church in St. Francisville, IL. She worked as a registered nurse for 40 years. Preceding Marjorie in death were her parents and one brother, Joseph Gregory Sharum. Survivors include four brothers, Donald Eugene Sharum of Smyrna, TN, Bernard Lee Sharum of Tullahoma, TN, Carrol Vincent Sharum of Indianapolis, IN, Stephen Mark Sharum of Tonawanda, NY; one step-brother William Isaac Davis of Princeton, IN; four sisters Marian Annette Sinclair of La Porte, IN, Dorthy J. Shoulders of Lawrenceville, IL, Alice Lorrain Sharum of Las Vegas, NV and Donna Sylvester of Lawrenceville, IL. Funeral services will be at 10 AM Monday at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in St. Francisville, IL.
