Marilyn J. Lane

Biography Marilyn J. Lane, 74, of Bridgeport, Illinois, passed away Friday, April 18, 2014 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Indiana. She was born August 2, 1939, in Carlisle, Indiana, the daughter of Arthur Robbins and Pauline (Fleener) Russell. She married Ellis Lane and he died January 16, 1998. Marilyn previously worked as a supervisor at the Lawrence County Senior Citizens. She was a member of the Hi-Way Church of God. Preceding Marilyn in death were her parents, her husband, three sons: Jeffery Archer, Terry Douglas Robbins, and Bradley Jay Carter; two brothers Bill Robbins and Jerry Robbins and one sister Pat Houston. Survivors include three sons: Gregg Carter of Lawrenceville, Illinois Larry Todd Boushey of Vincennes, Indiana and Brian Boushey of Falling Waters, West Virginia; four daughters: Kim Kenworthy of Vincennes, Indiana, Janice Boushey of St. Francisville, Illinois, Julie Waggoner of Nashville, Tennessee, and Dee Alford of Bruceville, Indiana; two brothers Ron Robbins and Jim Robbins both of Atlanta, Georgia; one sister Wanda Bigham of Vincennes, Indiana; ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 11 AM Wednesday at the Hi-Way Church of God. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 AM Wednesday at the church. Burial will follow the service in Bridgeport City Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lawrenceville Senior Citizens.
