Margaret Baldwin

Margaret Baldwin, 87, of Lawrenceville, IL, passed away on Sunday September 23, 2012 at Lawrence County Memorial Hospital. She was born September 29, 1924 in Lawrence County to Joseph Fritchie and Eunice (Howerton). She married William Wallace Reed, Sr., he died in Germany during WW II, and she then married Lewis Glen Baldwin on November 25, 1946. Margaret was a member of The Pinkstaff United Methodist Church. She worked alongside her husband Lewis Baldwin in the farming business. She was preceded in death by her parents, both her husbands, and two brothers. Survivors include her sons; Bill (Ruth) Reed from Lawrenceville, IL; Glen Neil ( Janice) Baldwin from Waxahachie, TX.; five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and several nephews and nieces. Visitation will be Friday Night, September 28, 2012 from 5pm to 7pm at Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, IL. Funeral Service will be Saturday, September 29, 2012 at 10AM at the funeral home. In lieu of Flowers, memorial donations can be made to the charity of your choice, envelopes available through the funeral home. Burial will be in Derr Cemetery.
