Larry E. Moore, age 74, died Wednesday, November 6, 2013, at United Methodist Village in Lawrenceville. He was born June 11, 1939, the son of Archie Moore and Blanche (Williams) Moore-Crump.
Larry worked as a laborer for R.L. Parrott for 20 years. He enjoyed fishing, mushroom hunting and spending time with a special nephew Cody Walker.
Preceding Larry in death were his parents, four brothers, Archie, Alan, Mike and Bill; two sisters Sharon and Marcia Kay.
Survivors include four sisters Marilyn (Wayne) Lemeron of Lawrenceville, IL, Carol (Ronnie) Weiss of Harrisville, Wisconsin; Anita (Carey) Stuart of Vincennes, IN, and Cheryl (Dennis) Walker of Lawrenceville, IL, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 11 AM Tuesday at Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 AM Tuesday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Lawrenceville City Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the funeral home to help the family with final expenses.
