Kevin W. Skipworth

Kevin W. "Skippy" Skipworth, 25, of Monroe City, Indiana, passed away Friday, July 1, 2016 at Good Samaritan Hospital. He was born July 26, 1990, the son of Tim Skipworth and Norma Worstell Lancaster. Kevin was a self-employed tree trimmer. Preceding Kevin in death were his paternal grandfather, Carroll Butch Skipworth and his maternal grandparents, Ray and Vieda Worstell. Survivors include his father and step-mother, Tim and Ann; his mother, Norma; brothers, Anthony Skipworth of Vincennes, Indiana, Mark Worstell of Florida, Christopher Scott of Bruceville, Indiana, Levi Dawson or Tennessee; and Mike Lancaster and Bryan Reyes both of Sumner, Illinois; sister, Ashley Skipworth or Vincennes, Indiana; his step-brothers, Justin Duval and Jourdan Hakes both of Monroe City, Indiana; paternal grandmother, Carolyn Skipworth of Bridgeport, Illinois; and step-sister, Taylor Hakes of Vincennes, Indiana. A Memorial Service will be Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 1:00 PM CST at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Illinois. Visitation will also be Tuesday from 11:00 AM until the service hour 1:00 PM CST at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be given to the funeral home for funeral expenses.
