Juna Marcum

Juna Marcum, age 90, of Bridgeport, Illinois passed away on Monday, October 14, 2019 at Aperion Care in Bridgeport, Illinois. She was born May 24, 1929 in Richland County, Illinois, the daughter of John Floyd and Gladys E. (Snyder) Jones. She married Jim Marcum and he preceded her in death. Juna was a secretary for several local businesses in Lawrence County. She was a member of the Mt. Gilead Church. Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Jim; and one brother, Dewey Jones. Survivors include her niece, Juna Irey; as well as several nieces and nephews. Juna's wishes were to be cremated and her ashes buried in the Sumner Cemetery at a later date. Sivert-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Sumner, Illinois is in charge of the arrangements.
