Judy K. Spangler Ivers, 65, of Lawrenceville passed away Thursday July 30, 2009 at Lawrence County Memorial Hospital.She was born September 30, 1943 in Lawrence County, IL the daughter of Farry and Jeanne (Bell) Fouts. She was preceded in death by her first husband Jerald L. Spangler.She is survived by a son: Kevin and his wife Kim Spangler of Knoxville, TN, 2 daughters: Terri and husband Steve Macklin of Kingston, TN, Gerri Harrington of Olney, IL, 4 brothers: Jim Fouts of Windsor, CA, Bob Fouts of Gary, IN, Keith Fouts of Princeton, IN, John Fouts of Lawrenceville, IL, 3 sisters: Bettie DeBouf of Lawrenceville, IL, Joann Goodwin of lawrenceville, IL, Anita Brown of Lawrenceville, IL,and 6 grandchildren.She was a retired school bus driver. She was a member of Highway Church of God.The funeral will be Wednesday at 11:00am at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Lawerenceville City Cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday from 5:00 to 7:00pm at the funeral home.
