Judith L. Talbot

Judith L. Talbot, age 69, of Lawrenceville, Illinois, passed away Friday, October 11, 2013, at her residence. She was born January 20, 1944, in Harrisburg, Illinois, the daughter of Wayne and Nellie (Rice) Cantrell. She married Charles R. Talbot on September 14, 1963, and he died March 20, 2004. Judith worked as a Patient Accounts Representative at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Indiana. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Lawrenceville. Preceding Judith in death were her parents, her husband Charles, and two daughters Tami Barmes and Cari Talbot. Survivors include her children, Alana Houck (William) of St. Peters, Missouri, Kendra Musser (Donald) of Lawrenceville, Shawn Talbot of Lawrenceville, Tina Talbot of Lawrenceville, Laura Talbot of Troy, Missouri; one sister Bonnie Collins of Morganfield, Kentucky; two brothers Kenneth Cantrell of Harrisburg, Illinois and Larry Cantrell of Vandalia, Illinois; six grandchildren Nick Houck of St. Peters, Missouri, Lindsey Houck of O'Fallon, Missouri, Keaton Houck of St. Peters, Missouri, Kylie Croslow, Brandyn Halleman and Destiny Musser all of Lawrenceville, and four great-grandchildren Rhiannon Houck of St. Peters, Missouri, Drayke Croslow, Elijah Croslow and Michael Johnson, Jr. all of Lawrenceville. A memorial service will be held at 1 PM Saturday, October 19, 2013 at the First Baptist Church in Lawrenceville.
