Joseph Bisaha, 83, of Bridgeport, IL passed away Wednesday at Lawrence Community Healthcare in Bridgeport.He was born July 27, 1926 in Johnson City, NY the son of Michael and Anna (Waskovich) Bisaha. He was married to Dorothy Miller. She precedes him in death.He was a member of the Bridgeport United Methodist Church. He served eleven years in the United States Army, and 2 years in the United States Navy during WWII and the Korean Conflict. He is survived by 3 sisters: Mary Brown of San Jose, CA, Margaret Aleba of Florida, and Helen Shout of Florida, and several nieces and nephews.The funeral will be Friday at 10:00am at Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Crest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery in Claremont, IL. Visitation is also Friday from 9:00 until the service hour of 10:00am. Military Rites will be conducted by the VFW and American Legion.
