John 'Jack' Vance Seitzinger

John Vance Seitzinger John ‘Jack' Seitzinger, 83, of Lawrenceville, passed away on September 27, 2017 at home. He was born on October 19, 1933 in Lawrence County, the son of John Anderson and Ruby Lockhart Seitzinger. He was a retired farmer and member of Central Christian Church. He married Ailene Seward on October 19, 1952 who survives, along with four children: son, Mike Seitzinger (Susan); daughters, Janet Schock (Greg), Joni Cummins (Greg Paris), and Lisa Croslow (Dan); fourteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law, Roy Neeley and Bill Seward; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death were his parents; brother, Morris; sisters, Pat Neeley and Marilyn Coker; brother-in-law, Don Coker; and granddaughter, Jenny Seitzinger. Jack's wish was to be cremated and to have no funeral service. Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville is in charge of the arrangements.
