Jarusha A. Emmons

Jarusha A. Emmons, 77, of Lawrenceville, Illinois passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at the United Methodist Village-North Campus in Lawrenceville, Illinois. She was born February 13, 1941 in Bridgeport, Illinois, the daughter of Forrest and Eva (Goff) Stallard. She married William Hubert Emmons on April 14, 1962 and he preceded her in death on February 1, 1992. Jarusha was a homemaker and a cook in the area nursing homes. Preceding her in death were her parents and husband. Survivors include two daughters, Eva Calvert and husband, Danny, of Cincinnati, Ohio and Elizabeth Emmons of Lawrenceville, Illinois and three grandchildren, Jessica Cooper, Garrett Motsch, and Olivia Motsch. Jarusha's wishes were to be cremated, with no formal services. Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home of Lawrenceville, Illinois is in charge of the arrangements.
