James 'Jim' Jennings

James ‘Jim' E. Jennings, 55, of Newburgh, Indiana, passed away Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Aperion Care in Bridgeport, Illinois. He was born on February 24, 1961 in Lawrenceville, Illinois, the son of Veris E. ‘Bud' and Helen Ruth (Barnett) Jennings. Jim was an insurance salesman with American Family in Newburgh, Indiana. He was also a member of the American Legion in Newburgh, Indiana. Preceding him in death were his parents. Survivors include his daughter, Lacy Jennings of Evansville, Indiana; brother, Mark Jennings and his wife, Dee of Bridgeport, Illinois; nephews, Nick Jennings of Bridgeport, Illinois and Joel Huber of Grosse Pointe, Michigan; and grandchild, Jaylen Webster of Evansville, Indiana. Private services will be conducted. Sivert-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Sumner, Illinois is in charge of the arrangements.
