Jalynn M. Hinton

Jalynn M. Hinton, age 19, of Sumner, Illinois passed away Monday, December 8, 2014, in Deaconess Hospital, Evansville, IN. She was born April 14, 1995 in Lawrenceville, Illinois, the daughter of David F. and Donna (Cummins) Hinton. Jalynn worked with her fiancée Caleb in the oil fields. She enjoyed riding four-wheelers and horses. She also loved animals. Preceding Jalynn in death were her father, David Hinton; her fiancée, Caleb Mason; maternal grandparents Wilber and Dolores Cummins and paternal grandparents, Raymond and Phyllis Hinton. Survivors include her mother, Donna Hinton of Sumner, Illinois; one brother Jacob Hinton of Sumner; two sisters Cassandra Hinton of Kokomo, Indiana and Janette Hinton of Bridgeport, Illinois. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday at Sivert-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Sumner. Visitation will be Saturday from 11 AM until the hour of service at 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Crest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
