Jack Lee McDowell, 70, of Olney, IL passed away March 16, 2008 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. Born July 5, 1937 in Richland County he was the son of Ed and Martha (Sheets) McDowell. He married Dorothy Joseph on August 13, 1983 and she survives. Jack was retired from Roadmaster in Olney, IL.He is survived by his wife Dorothy
