Helen E. Gillum

Helen E. Gillum age 89 of Lawrenceville,Illinois died Friday, March 09, 2012 at the Bridge Pointe Health Campus. She was born August 02, 1922 in Lawrence County, Illinois the daughter of Oscar Wilson and Lizzie Dalrymple Coulter. She married Albert L. Gillum on 12-17-1946 and he preceded her in death 05-25-2006. Helen worked as a deputy clerk for Lawrence County. She was member of the First Christian Church in Lawrenceville,Il. She is survived by one son Bruce Gillum of Washington,In. Two daughters JoAnn and husband John Piper of Sumner,Illinois , Joyce and husband David Litherland of St.Francisville,Illinois. Five grandchildren and nine Greatgrandchildren also survive. Helen was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two brothers: Eugene and Donald Coulter. Funeral Services will be Tuesday morning 11:00 a.m. at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday 9:00 a.m. till the services at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in the Lawrenceville City Cemetery.
