Harvey E. Reese

Harvey E. Reese, age 68, of Lawrenceville, IL, passed away Thursday, January 3, 2013, at Lawrence County Memorial Hospital in Lawrenceville, IL. He was born June 19, 1944 in Hillview, IL, the son of Edmond P. and Rosie Lula (Settles) Reese. He married Orlene Griffith on June 18, 1972 and she survives. Harvey previously worked for Flat Rock Saw Mill and Unit #20 School District. His parents preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife Orlene of Lawrenceville, IL; two sons Ed (Wendy) Reese of Lawrenceville, IL and Sam Reese and friend Dottie Rambaud of Vincennes, IN; one brother Earl (Betty) Reese of Springfield, IL; two sisters Cherry Eyer of Jacksonville, FL, and Donna Wigger of Missouri, as well as two grandchildren. Friends may gather from 2 to 4 pm, Sunday, January 13, 2012, in the community room at Lewis Manor, 1109-12th Street, Lawrenceville, IL. Memorials may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
