Geraldine G. Kersey

Geraldine G. Kersey, 78, passed away January 2, 2007 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Vincennes, IN. She was born April 13, 1928 to Virgil Woodruff and Nellie Harkrader Franz. Surviving are two sons Anthony Kersey and Jonathan Raible, both of Lawrenceville, three daughters Dixie Smith of Wheatfield, IN, and Lisa Schiffinger and April Hooten both of Vincennes, IN. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, as well as a grandchild, Gera Raible, who will be born on January 20th. A sister, G. Louise Tucker survives. An aunt, Helen Harkrader of Lawrenceville also survives. She was preceded in death by two grandchildren and brother, Karl Woodruff.The body will be cremated. There will be no formal services and no visitation.In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to St. Judes Children's Hospital.
