Biography
Frances L. Russell, age 88 of Lawrenceville, Illinois, passed away Friday, May 6, 2016, at United Methodist Village-Main Campus in Lawrenceville. She was born February 29, 1928, in Lawrence County, Illinois, the daughter of Frank and Emma (Kendall) Morris. She married Arthur L. Russell and he died March 14, 2009.
Frances was a homemaker.
Preceding Frances in death were her parents; her husband, Arthur; two brothers, and eight sisters.
Survivors include three daughters, Elaine Lyles of Champaign, Illinois, Teresa Berrios of Killeen, Texas, Vicki Russell of Arlington, Virginia; one sister, Margaret Harris of Gary, Indiana; two grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and two sisters-in-law Eleanor Morris of Lawrenceville, Illinois and Barbara Redmond of Mt. Holly Springs, Pennsylvania.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 AM Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville.
Visitation will be Saturday from 10 AM until the service hour of 11 AM at the funeral home
Burial will be in Portee Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Auten Center at United Methodist Village.
