Ellie July 21, 2010 - October 1, 2011 Deona Elaine "Ellie" Dugger, 14-months-old, passed away October 1, 2011 in Sumner, IL. She was born July 21, 2010 in Ft. Campbell, KY the daughter of Gregory "Troy" and Katrina (Frisbee) Dugger. "Ellie" was preceded in death by two sisters Evelyn and Korin. Survivors include her parents Troy and Katrina Dugger of Oak Grove, KY; paternal grandparents Gregory and Deona Dugger of Sumner; maternal grandparents Dawnetta and Raymond Orlando of Brookfield, OH and Robert and Susan Frisbee of Tacoma, WA; paternal great-grandparents Ralph and Ann Lancaster of Newton, IL; maternal great-grandfather Edward Marvin of Tabb, VA; maternal great-grandparents Randolph and Mary Reed of Akron, OH; maternal great-great grandmother Dorothy Stepp of Akron, OH and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Graveside services will be held 1:00 pm Saturday at Cresthaven Memorial Park Cemetery in Claremont. Visitation will be from 11 AM to 12:00 noon at Sivert-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Sumner.
