Elizabeth Nestleroad

Elizabeth Nestleroad, 90, of Bridgeport, IL passed away Tuesday December 27, 2011 at Lawrence Community Healthcare in Bridgeport. She was born June 17, 1921 in Bridgeport, IL the daughter of Raymond and Nellie (Nettleton) Murry. On January 26, 1944 she married Dallas Nestleroad. He preceded her in death on August 22, 1991. Elizabeth worked 33 years at the Department of Public Aid in Lawrence County. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Bridgeport, IL. She is survived by a daughter: Cathy and her husband Bill Gray of Bridgeport, IL, a son: Gary and his wife Becky Nestleroad of Bridgeport, IL, daughter: Carol and her husband Mike Arnold of Vincennes, IN, brothers: Harold Murry of House Springs, MO, Glen Murry of Rockford, IL, Don Murry of Rockford, IL, Ken Murry of Hoopeston, IL, sisters: Sue Maddox of Fulton, MO, Virginia Wigall of Arthur, IL, seven grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. Along with her parents and husband, two brothers, and a sister are deceased. The funeral will be Friday at 2:00pm CST. at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Bridgeport City Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00pm CST. at the funeral home.
