Edna Lucille Pauley

Edna Lucille ( Baker) Pauley age 95 of the United Methodist Village North Campus located in Lawrenceville,Illinois went to be with our Lord February 11, 2011. She was born October 24, 1915 in Crawford County,Illinois the oldest child of David M and June (Loos) Baker. January 29, 1936 she married Millard J. Pauley and he preceded her in death on August 01, 1991 after 55 years of marriage. One son David Sonny Pauley preceded her in death on January 02, 2001. Also preceding her in death are her parents, one sister Marie Angle, one brother Harold Spud Baker and a step-great-grandson Derek Morgan.Edna Lucille is survived by a daughter-in-law, Jenny Pauley of Ormond Beach, Fl. One brother Caroll (Marie) Baker of Olney, one sister Geneva Longnecker of Mt.Carmel, Illinois, a great-neice & caregiver Jodi (Scott) Finley of rural Sumner,Il., one nephew Mike Baker of Springfield,Il., Two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren also survive. Edna Lucille was a farmwife and a faithful long time member of the Chauncey United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be Tuesday morning 10:30 a.m. at the Sivert-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Sumner,Il. Visitation will be Monday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Waggoner East Cemetery north of Chauncey. Memorial donations may be made to the Chauncey United Methodist church or Good Samaritan Hospice with envelopes available at the funeral home.
