Dorothy B. Mccrory

Dorothy B. McCrory, age 95, of Lawrenceville passed away January 6, 2008 at the United Methodist Village, North Campus.Born June 14, 1912, she was the daughter of Everett Ament and Jemina (Lindsey) Ament. She married John D. McCrory who passed away December 28, 1971.Dorothy was a beautician and a licensed reflexologist. She was a past matron of the Eastern Star and a Grand Page of the Grand Chapter.She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one brother and one sister.She is survived by one half-sister Rita Utley of Cranberry, TX.The funeral will be Wednesday at 11:00 AM at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, IL. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.Burial will be in the Cresthaven Memorial Park Cemetery
