Dorothy Alice Hair, 83, of Lawrenceville, IL passed away Wednesday July 13, 2011 at her residence.
She was born June 30, 1928 in Lawrence County, IL the daughter of Joseph and Myrtle (May) Heath.
She worked as a janitor at Brian Lumber Company for 30 years. She was a member of the Church of God in Lawrenceville. She had also worked for Dr. Martin for 4 years, and did some housework.
Ten brothers and sisters are deceased.
The funeral will be Saturday at 11:00am at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Sumner Cemetery. Visitation is also Saturday from 10am until the service hour of 11:00.
