He was a US Army Veteran of WWII.He is survived by 2 sons: Keith James of Oxford, MI, Kevin James of Boca Raton, FL, 3 brothers: Dave James of Lawrenceville, IL, Charles James Jr. of Clarkston, MI, Paul James of Bridgeport, IL, 3 sisters: Agatha Seed of Celina, KS, Betty LaFon of Hurricane, WV, Norma Akers of Bridgeport, IL, and 3 grandchildren. A sister is deceased.No services are scheduled. The body was cremated.
