Dianna Sue Wright

Dianna Sue Wright, 59, of Lawrenceville, Illinois passed away Monday, September 4, 2017 at her residence. She was born June 21, 1958 in Bakersfield, California, the daughter of Clarence Mike Decker and Thelma (Gaddis) White. Dianna was a member of the American Legion Post 28 and the Eagles. Preceding her in death were her parents; one brother, Mike Decker; one sister, Debbie Morgan; and an infant daughter, Valerie. Survivors include her daughter, Ashley Griggs and husband, Mark, of Lawrenceville, Illinois; one brother, Don Decker; and two grandchildren, Madilynn Grace Griggs and Alyssa Marie Griggs. Dianna's wishes were to be cremated. A burial of ashes will be conducted at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Dianna's memory may be made to Riley Children's Hospital. Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Illinois is in charge of the arrangements.
