Craig A. Dunning

Craig A. Dunning, age 70, of Lawrenceville, Illinois, passed away on Sunday, February 02, 2025 at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Indiana. He was born on March 15, 1954 in Lawrenceville, Illinois, the son of Joseph V. and Doris (Seitzinger) Dunning.

Craig worked on the injection molding line for Gemtron in Vincennes and as a janitor for Lawrenceville High School. He was a lifelong Dead Head.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors include two sons, Kyle Dunning and wife, Tara of Brunswick, Maryland and Cory Dunning of Lawrenceville, Illinois; one step-daughter, Melody Young of Evansville, Indiana; one brother, Chris Dunning and wife, Kimberly of Evansville, Indiana; one sister, Penny Jo Shue of Lawrenceville, Illinois; two grandchildren, Cainen Dunning and Hunter Dunning; and two nieces, Laci Shue and Gabrielle Dunning.

Private family services will be conducted. Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Illinois is in charge of the arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to the VFW.
